Stir-Fried Beef in Chili Garlic Sauce (Serves 3 to 4)


300g beef fillet, sliced
120g cucumber, sliced
2 tbsp cooking oil


1 tsp Pat Chun Gourmet Dark Soy Sauce
1 tsp corn starch
½ tsp sugar


2 tbsp Pat Chun Chili Garlic Sauce
2 tbsp water


1. Marinate beef for 1 hour.
2. Stir-fry beef in 2 tbsp of hot oil until just cooked.
3. Add cucumber. Stir in Sauce. Mix and heat through.
